All items sold at this site are priced at least at 30% off the manufacturer'suggested retail price.
Promotions
Effective October 1, 2008, our grand opening discount - free shipping to US residents - has ended. Currently, there are no new promotions.
Hair Product Guarantee
We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or you may return the item for replacement.
Return Policy
Buy purchasing our retail products, you agree that you are familar with its properties and/or or have been advised by a hair stylist of its proper use. Because of this, we have a no refund policy. However, you may return an item for replacement only in the event of damage due to shipping within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us prior to return for instructions. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Payments & Processing
We gladly accept debit and major credit cards for any transaction. Payments are processed through PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.
Shipping
We ship to US & Canadian residents only. All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.
Sales Tax
All Georgia residents must pay sales tax at a rate of 7%.
